# Helpful Tips:

01 -
  • It comes together in literally ten minutes with ingredients you can keep in your pantry for months
  • The combination of creamy coconut and perfumey lychee tastes like something you would order at a fancy Thai restaurant but costs pennies to make at home
02 -
  • The chilled coconut milk makes a huge difference in texture so do not skip that step or your drink will feel thin instead of creamy
  • Canned lychees vary wildly in sweetness between brands so always taste your blended mixture before adding any extra sweetener
03 -
  • Use a high speed blender if you have one—it breaks down the lychee flesh completely so you do not get any weird texture surprises
  • Rim your glasses with coconut sugar for that extra touch that makes people think you spent way more time than you actually did
