04 - Arrange seasoned potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets, ensuring slices do not overlap for proper crisping.
05 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping slices halfway through cooking. Monitor closely during the final minutes to achieve golden brown color without burning.
06 - Remove from oven and allow chips to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheets. The chips will continue to crisp as they cool. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container once completely cooled.
