# Helpful Tips:

01 -
  • The Greek yogurt makes it feel substantial enough to power you through until lunch without that shaky feeling
  • Pineapple masks any grassiness from the spinach so you actually look forward to drinking your greens
  • It takes five minutes flat and uses ingredients I almost always have in my fridge
02 -
  • Frozen fruit changes everything so if you like thick smoothies stash your overripe bananas in the freezer
  • Sometimes the spinach gets stuck in the corners so stop the blender and push it down with a spoon
  • This does not keep well so drink it right after making or within an hour at most
03 -
  • Put liquids in the blender first to help the blades spin freely
  • Rip very ripe bananas into chunks before freezing so they blend easier
