# Ingredient List:

→ Meats

01 - 6 slices Genoa salami (approximately 3 ounces)
02 - 6 slices deli ham (approximately 3 ounces)
03 - 6 slices pepperoni (approximately 3 ounces)

→ Cheese

04 - 6 slices provolone cheese (approximately 3 ounces)

→ Vegetables & Greens

05 - 1 cup baby spinach leaves, washed and thoroughly dried
06 - 1 medium roasted red bell pepper, thinly sliced

→ Spread

07 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
08 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
10 - 1 small garlic clove, finely minced

→ Bread

11 - 4 large 10-inch flour tortillas

→ Garnish

12 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil or parsley

# How to Make:

01 - In a small mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic. Whip with a spatula until completely smooth and uniformly blended.
02 - Place a tortilla flat on a clean cutting board. Spread one-quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly across the entire surface, extending to the edges.
03 - Distribute one-quarter of spinach leaves over the cream cheese. Arrange salami, ham, pepperoni, provolone slices, and roasted red peppers in an even layer on top.
04 - Starting from the bottom edge, roll the tortilla tightly into a compact log. Apply gentle pressure to eliminate air pockets.
05 - Repeat the spreading and rolling process with the remaining three tortillas and filling ingredients.
06 - Wrap each tortilla log securely in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes to firm filling for clean slicing.
07 - Unwrap the chilled rolls. Using a sharp knife, cut each log into 6 even rounds, approximately 1 inch thick.
08 - Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter. Sprinkle with chopped basil or parsley if desired. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until serving time.

# Helpful Tips:

01 -
  • These pinwheels come together in just 15 minutes with zero cooking required
  • The cream cheese spread locks everything in place so the fillings dont fall apart when you bite them
02 -
  • Dont skip the chilling step because slicing warm, soft tortillas will crush the layers instead of cutting clean rounds
  • Use your sharpest knife and a gentle sawing motion to avoid smashing the spiral pattern
03 -
  • Buy deli sliced meats and cheese slightly thicker than paper thin so they provide texture instead of getting lost in the roll
  • Pat the roasted red peppers dry with paper towels before layering to prevent the tortillas from becoming soggy
