01 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

04 - 2 1/2–3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
05 - Orange food coloring, as desired

06 - Extra powdered sugar for dusting

# How to Make:

01 - Beat softened cream cheese and butter in medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
02 - Mix in orange extract and orange food coloring until fully incorporated.
03 - Gradually beat in powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at time, until soft non-sticky dough forms.
04 - Taste and adjust orange extract or food coloring as needed.
05 - Dust work surface with powdered sugar. Roll dough into 3/4-inch balls. Flatten each gently with fork or thumb.
06 - Place mints on parchment-lined tray. Cover and chill at least 1 hour until firm.
07 - Keep in airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
