# Helpful Tips:

01 -
  • Blending fresh strawberries with coconut milk feels like a summer secret you can make anytime.
  • It's become my favorite way to surprise people with a non-alcoholic drink that tastes downright dreamy.
02 -
  • Once I forgot to chill the coconut milk, and the drink fell flat—always start with cold ingredients.
  • Garnishing with mint isn't just pretty: a quick clap between your palms wakes up its fragrance in a big way.
03 -
  • Stashing a can of coconut milk in the fridge makes impromptu cooler sessions a breeze.
  • The last trick: briefly pulse some extra ice for a granita-like layer if you crave something extra frosty.
