# How to Make:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

03 - Place flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the sweet heat honey garlic sauce, reserving some for drizzling after baking.
04 - Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the flatbreads. Top with red onion, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, and crumbled feta.
05 - Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly, and edges are golden.
06 - Remove from oven. Drizzle with remaining sauce and extra honey if desired. Garnish with fresh cilantro and red pepper flakes. Slice and serve immediately.

# Helpful Tips:

01 -
  • The sweet heat sauce hits your tongue in layers, starting with honey warmth and ending with a gentle spicy kick that makes you reach for another slice immediately.
  • It comes together in under 30 minutes, making it perfect for those weeknight nights when takeout sounds too exhausting but you still want something special.
02 -
  • The sauce thickens as it cools, so don't panic if it looks thinner than you expect while simmering.
  • Brushing some sauce on the crust edges helps them golden beautifully instead of drying out.
03 -
  • Homemade flatbread dough takes this to another level, but good store-bought naan is absolutely acceptable and delicious.
  • Room temperature ingredients help the sauce emulsify better, so pull your honey and hot sauce out a few minutes before cooking.
