01 - 2 ripe bananas, peeled
02 - 2 cups cold milk (dairy or plant-based), 480 ml
03 - 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
04 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - 1/2 cup ice cubes, 60 g

# How to Make:

01 - Place bananas, milk, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and ice cubes into a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and frothy, approximately 30 seconds.
03 - Taste the shake and add additional sweetener if desired.
04 - Divide the shake evenly between two chilled serving glasses.
05 - Top with whipped cream, banana slices, and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Serve immediately.
