01 - Combine feta and cream cheese in a food processor. Blend until silky smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure even consistency.
02 - Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and smooth the top with the back of a spoon to create an even surface for the honey drizzle.
03 - In a small saucepan, gently warm the honey and red pepper flakes over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant and lightly infused. Do not allow to boil. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
04 - Generously drizzle the warm spiced honey over the whipped feta, allowing it to pool naturally across the surface.
05 - Scatter minced herbs over the top and finish with freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
06 - Serve immediately alongside crusty bread, pita chips, or fresh vegetable crudités for dipping.
